Tempered Glass (toughened glass): This product is used most often in shower doors, shelves, table tops and sliding doors.
Laminated Glass: This product is often used in doors and windows for safety and security as it holds together when broken or shattered.
Annealed Glass: This product is often used in small pieces. It is not a safety product. If broken, the piece will crack into large shards.
Insulated Unit (IGU): This product consists of two panes of tempered or laminated glass separated by a spacer. The space between the glass panes is filled with air or gas. These are mostly used in office window applications.

The residue piece/pieces will be discarded unless the buyer specifically requests them.

We accept credit/debit card as well as payments via cheque and bank transfer. The order will not be dispatched for collection/delivery until the payment has cleared.

Once placed, we are unable to cancel any orders, and our normal returns policy will apply.

Due to the nature of the product, once the order has been collected by the buyer it cannot be returned for any reason.
